Third-Party Platform Integrations

TikTok Integration

IzyShort offers integration with TikTok through TikTok's API services. By connecting your TikTok account to IzyShort, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Authorization and Access:

  • You authorize IzyShort to access your TikTok account using TikTok's API in accordance with the permissions you grant
  • You represent that you have the right to grant such authorization and access

Compliance with TikTok's Terms:

  • Your use of TikTok features through IzyShort is subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms
  • You agree to comply with all applicable TikTok policies and terms when using IzyShort's TikTok integration
  • IzyShort is not responsible for any changes to TikTok's policies or service that may affect our integration

Usage Limitations:

  • You will not use IzyShort's TikTok integration to collect, store, or process TikTok data beyond what is necessary for the scheduling functionality
  • You will not use IzyShort to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • IzyShort reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the TikTok integration if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms

Data Processing:

  • You acknowledge that IzyShort will process certain TikTok account data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • You can revoke IzyShort's access to your TikTok account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us

No Endorsement:

  • The TikTok integration does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between IzyShort and TikTok
  • TikTok logos and trademarks are the property of TikTok Inc. and its affiliates

Service Availability:

  • IzyShort does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the TikTok integration
  • The TikTok integration may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice

Abuse

We reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to reported abuse of our services. Abuse encompasses any actions that are illegal under the applicable city, state, or federal laws in your current location, including but not limited to copyright infringement under the DMCA or any activity that we deem disruptive.

Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the company.

No Warranty

All services provided are offered "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

Modification of Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
